You're Not Alone on This Journey

I understand that not every family can afford private consulting services right now. This page is for you. My mission is to help as many children as possible—and education is a powerful way to do that.

Core Principles

These are the foundational ideas that guide my approach. They're not specific protocols, but a philosophy of wellness.

The Gut-Brain Connection

Research increasingly shows that gut health directly impacts brain function, mood, and behavior. Many children with developmental challenges have underlying digestive issues that, when addressed, can support overall wellness.

Food as Foundation

What we eat matters. Reducing processed foods, artificial additives, and potential inflammatory triggers while increasing nutrient-dense whole foods can make a meaningful difference for many children.

The Whole Child Matters

True wellness considers the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of health. Supporting a child means supporting their sleep, stress levels, environment, and family dynamics—not just their symptoms.

Every Child is Unique

There is no one-size-fits-all approach. What works for one child may not work for another. Personalized assessment and individualized support are essential for meaningful progress.

Questions to Ask Your Pediatrician

Being an advocate for your child starts with asking the right questions. Here are some to consider:

Has my child had comprehensive lab work recently, including vitamin and mineral levels?

Could food sensitivities or allergies be contributing to my child's symptoms?

Is my child getting adequate sleep, and is the quality of sleep good?

What is my child's bowel movement pattern, and is it healthy?

Are there environmental factors (mold, toxins, chemicals) that could be affecting my child?

Note: These questions are meant to encourage conversation with your medical provider, not to replace their advice. Always work with your healthcare team.
